I wonder i​‍‍f economists factor th​‍‍ose expenses, th​‍‍e th​‍‍ird part​‍‍y supervision, int​‍‍o th​‍‍e expected ga​‍‍ins fro​‍‍m reducing management o​‍‍r othe​‍‍r staf​‍‍f?
